Day-of Coordinator

A professional Day-of Coordinator (DOC) is required for all weddings at the Gardens. You’re welcome to bring in an outside DOC, as long as they meet our policy requirements.

For a more tailored experience, we also offer an in-house Day-of Coordination service for an additional fee. This option provides expert support along with a deep familiarity with the Gardens to help your day run seamlessly.

Additionally, an RCG venue host will be on-site throughout your event to assist with any venue-related questions.

Event Insurance

An event insurance policy is required through Event Insurance Now. This policy typically costs approximately $285* and is the client's responsibility.

*This rate is an estimate determined by the provider based on varying factors. RCG is not responsible for the Client's final cost.

Wedding Details

Friday and Saturday weddings include 10 hours of venue access, from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Sunday weddings include 10 hours from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The final hour is reserved for cleanup and checkout. Additional time may be added to the beginning of your event for an added fee.

Base pricing accommodates up to 200 guests, with a maximum capacity of 300. Guest counts above 200 may be added at a rate of $500 per block of 25 guests.

Optional add-ons such as sparklers for a grand exit, ceremony pergola drapery, and extended time are available for an additional fee as part of the Signature Wedding Package.

These amenities are included in the Exclusive Package.

Catering

Use of one of our partnered catering companies is required for all food and bar/beverage service.

Beer, wine, and liquor are permitted. Depending on the caterer’s policies, alcohol may be provided by the client or purchased directly through the catering company. A banquet permit is required for all events at the Gardens.

Reservations & Desposits

‣$3,500 non-refundable first payment deposit. Processed upon completion of the wedding contract

‣$3,500 installment payment due six months before the date

‣Final balance due two months before the date

‣$750 refundable security deposit (credit card hold the week of the wedding)

Monthly payment plans are available and may be required for certain dates.
