A one-hour ceremony rehearsal on Friday, followed by the use of the terrace for a rehearsal dinner for up to 30 guests

  • A professional Day-of Coordinator (DOC) is required for all weddings at The Gardens. Clients may hire an outside DOC, provided they meet all venue policy requirements.

    For a more tailored experience, The Gardens also offers an in-house Day-of Coordination service for an additional fee. Our in-house coordinators are highly familiar with the venue, operations, and event flow, providing knowledgeable support throughout your wedding day.

  • An event insurance policy is required through Event Insurance Now. This policy typically costs approximately $285* and is the client's responsibility.

    *This rate is an estimate determined by the provider based on varying factors. RCG is not responsible for the Client's final cost.

  • Rock Creek Gardens partners with a select list of full-service catering companies that manage food service, bar service, and tabletop rentals, including linens, glassware, and china, and event execution from start to finish.

    Catering is required and not included in the venue rate. Outside catering is not permitted.

  • Friday and Saturday weddings include 10 hours of venue access, from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Sunday weddings include 10 hours from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The final hour is reserved for cleanup and checkout. Additional time may be added to the beginning of your event for an added fee.

    Base pricing includes up to 200 guests, including the wedding party. Guest counts above 200 may be added at a rate of $500 per block of 25 guests. The Gardens can accommodate up to 250 guests.

    The Gardens staff will set up RCG-provided tables and ceremony chairs. RCG staff are unable to set up or handle any rented items, including tables, chairs, linens, or décor of any kind.

    • A non-refundable, non-transferable first payment deposit of $3,500 is required upon completion of the wedding contract.

    • A $3,500 installment payment is due six months before the wedding date.

    • The remaining balance is due two months before the wedding date.

    • A $750 refundable security deposit will be held on a credit card during the week of the wedding.

    • Monthly payment plans are available and may be required for select wedding dates.

    • All rates include WA State taxes and fees.

    • You may cancel your event at any time; however, all payments and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Event Details
Weddings are to be held between the hours of 10:00 am and 9:00 pm. The maximum guest count is 32.

Catering Details
The use of a partnered catering company is required for food and bar/beverage service. 

Day-of Coordination
A licensed, professional Day-of-Coordinator (DOC) is required for all weddings at the Gardens.

Event Insurance
An event insurance policy is required through Event Insurance Now. This policy typically costs approximately $285 and is the client's responsibility.

Reservations & Deposits
A $1,000 non-refundable first payment deposit is processed upon completion of the wedding contract. The final balance is due one month before the date.

A $500 refundable security deposit hold will be placed the week of the wedding.

You may cancel your event at any time; however, all payments and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
