A Gardens Coordinator has all the knowledge and experience of an outside coordinator but with the added benefit of having a unique insight into what works best at the Gardens.

This package can be added at least two months before your date. Contact Us with any questions or request a coordinator with the form below. 50% of the rate is due to reserve the coordination package with the remaining 50% added to the venue balance.

A Venue Host will be present to ensure that all venue-related items are handled, allowing the Coordinator to focus on you the entire time.

  • Meetings

    Two pre-wedding consultations.

  • Advice

    Unlimited access to expert wedding advice via email starting eight weeks before the wedding date.

  • Timeline

    Detailed wedding day timeline creation and distribution to vendors.

  • Setup & Takedown

    Oversees ceremony and reception site setup and teardown.

  • Layout

    Detailed reception layout creation and distribution to vendors.

  • Management

    Oversees placement of items that may not be handled by vendors such as any completed DIY projects, wedding programs, menus, place cards, guest book, etc.

  • Rehearsal

    Directs rehearsal and day-of wedding party procession.

  • End of Evening

    Ensures end-of-event arrangements are made for items such as gifts, guest book, toasting flutes, etc.

  • Vendor Communication

    Communication with all vendors and final confirmation before the wedding day.

    Distributes final payments and gratuities to vendors as necessary.

    Do you have a favorite part about coordinating weddings and events?

    I just love getting to know each couple, and in doing so it brings a fun, relaxed vibe to the whole day. I have the best job in that I get to help people celebrate!

    What is your favorite part about the Gardens/property?

    My favorite part about the Gardens is when the sun begins to set, it brings the most gorgeous lighting; my favorite spot is near the archway with the trees and lights…it’s so hygge to me. It’s truly a magical place.

    Where are you from? How long have you been here in WA?

    I was born and raised in Puyallup. I have also lived in California, Wisconsin, Nebraska, and Vancouver WA before returning back to the Puyallup area 4 years ago.

    Fun fact about your wedding

    We had a small ice cream cake to cut. Unfortunately, the caterers were unable to keep it frozen (it was August!) and our cake melted. It all worked out though, we fed each other the ice cream cupcakes the guests were being served instead, and no one even knew what had happened!

    Do you have a favorite part about coordinating weddings and events?

    One of my favorite parts about being a wedding coordinator is being able to connect with the couple and help their unique vision come to life! It's very important to me to help the couple have the day they worked so hard to achieve!

    What is your favorite part about the Gardens/property?

    My favorite spot at the Gardens is under the arch. A great spot for romantic first look photos!

    I grew up in Olalla, Washington.

    I got married in December and we had a winter wonderland theme!

    I love watching families & the couple just enjoying, they already put so much time, thought, and effort to make it a special day and so I love seeing them actually enjoying having a stress free day!

    The ceremony area with the fountain right behind & the moment where the sunlight hits just right

    Do you have a favorite part about coordinating weddings and events?

    The best part about coordinating weddings is watching my couples get to take in all their hard work and finally enjoy the day. I love how each wedding tells the story of a couple and I take pride in making the day magical for them. 

    What is your favorite part about the Gardens/property?

    I absolutely love when the Gardens are in full bloom~ the birds and the butterflies all flutter around, and it feels like a fairytale. My favorite spot is next to the frog pond where you can just see the ceremony area just down the way.

    Where are you from? How long have you been here in WA?

    I came to Washington when I was nine months old and I’ve been here ever since!

    What is the coolest or most unique thing you've ever done at an event?

    One of the first weddings I ever coordinated was near Deception Pass. We carried their ceremony arch up a bluff overlooking the most magnificent view of the ocean and the couple had their first dance at what felt like the top of the world.
