This package can be added at least two months before your date. Contact Us with any questions or request a coordinator using the form below. 50% of the rate is due to reserve the coordination package, with the remaining 50% added to the venue balance.
A Venue Host will be present to ensure that all venue-related items are handled, allowing the Coordinator to focus on you the entire time.

Two personal pre-wedding consultations, with unlimited email support beginning eight weeks before your celebration, to help you feel prepared and confident along the way.
A Seamless Plan
A carefully considered wedding day timeline and reception layout are created and shared with your vendor team, ensuring everyone is aligned and every detail has a place.
Rehearsal Direction
A guided rehearsal to help your wedding party feel comfortable, confident, and ready for the celebration ahead.
Wedding Day Oversight
From the first arrival to the final farewell, our team oversees the flow of your wedding day, coordinating vendors, managing the timeline, and ensuring the ceremony and reception unfold seamlessly.
Setting the Stage
We coordinate ceremony and reception setup and teardown, while placing personal details not handled by your vendors, from programs and place cards to menus, guest books, and other meaningful touches.
Care Beyond the Celebration
At the close of the evening, we help ensure personal items are gathered and cared for, including gifts, guest books, toasting flutes, and other wedding-day belongings.
Vendor Coordination
We communicate with your vendor team and confirm final details before the wedding, creating a clear and coordinated experience for everyone involved.
Final Details
When needed, we distribute final vendor payments and gratuities so you can remain present and enjoy the celebration without interruption.

Do you have a favorite part about coordinating weddings and events?
One of my favorite parts about being a wedding coordinator is being able to connect with the couple and help their unique vision come to life! It's very important to me to help the couple have the day they worked so hard to achieve!
What is your favorite part about the Gardens/property?
My favorite spot at the Gardens is under the arch. A great spot for romantic first look photos!

I grew up in Olalla, Washington.

I got married in December and we had a winter wonderland theme!

I love watching families & the couple just enjoying, they already put so much time, thought, and effort to make it a special day and so I love seeing them actually enjoying having a stress free day!

Do you have a favorite part about coordinating weddings and events?
The best part about coordinating weddings is watching my couples get to take in all their hard work and finally enjoy the day. I love how each wedding tells the story of a couple and I take pride in making the day magical for them.
What is your favorite part about the Gardens/property?
I absolutely love when the Gardens are in full bloom~ the birds and the butterflies all flutter around, and it feels like a fairytale. My favorite spot is next to the frog pond where you can just see the ceremony area just down the way.
Where are you from? How long have you been here in WA?
I came to Washington when I was nine months old and I’ve been here ever since!
What is the coolest or most unique thing you've ever done at an event?
One of the first weddings I ever coordinated was near Deception Pass. We carried their ceremony arch up a bluff overlooking the most magnificent view of the ocean and the couple had their first dance at what felt like the top of the world.
Request a Gardens Coordinator
Now taking requests for the upcoming season. Requests will automatically be added to a list in the order they are submitted, with contracts opening as the coordinators finalize their schedules.

Outside DOC or Planner Request
If you plan to use a DOC/planner who is not part of Rock Creek Gardens, please submit the request form below at least two months before your wedding. All outside coordinators must be approved before working on-site. Please wait for our approval before signing any contracts, as we may not be able to accommodate every request.
A DOC must provide no less than the following:
Works with the couple no later than 2 months (8 weeks) before the wedding date;
Creates a detailed wedding day timeline;
Is involved in the venue pre-wedding meeting;
Attends and directs rehearsal;
Manages the timeline on the wedding day;
Point of contact for vendors, including the RCG Venue Host; and
The Day of Coordinator must check out and sign off with an RCG Venue Host at the end of the event.
