Day of Coordination or planner details

A licensed, professional Day of Coordinator or Planner is required for all weddings at the Gardens. The Gardens offers an in-house Day-of-Coordination service for an additional fee. Learn more about the Gardens DOCs HERE.

Outside DOCs are also welcome, provided they meet our policy criteria.

A DOC must provide no less than the following: 

  • Works with couple no later than 2 months (8 weeks) before the wedding date;

  • Creates detailed wedding day timeline;

  • Involved in venue pre-wedding meeting;

  • Attends and directs rehearsal;

  • Manages timeline on the wedding day;

  • Point of contact for vendors, including the RCG Venue Host; and

  • The Day of Coordinator must check out and sign off with an RCG Venue Host at the end of the event.

Due to changes in our policies for 2024, please refer to your venue contract to confirm whether a DOC is required for your event.

If you’d like to use a DOC/Planner not part of the Gardens, please submit the form below at least two months before your wedding. All outside coordinators must be approved before working on-site.
