Decor Installation Request
Approval is required for any request to attach floral arrangements or decor to the reception tent and/or chandeliers. Below are the steps and requirements needed to obtain this approval. Please note that no items may be attached to the tent without prior authorization.

Submit the request form, and our office will contact the company to review their experience and installation approach.

After the initial call, we’ll schedule an on-site tour to review the tent and discuss logistics, installation, and de-installation with the company.

The company must provide a copy of their business license and a certificate of insurance listing Rock Creek Gardens as an additional insured with a minimum of $1,000,000. These can be emailed or brought to the on-site visit.

Following the completion of the above steps, we require the approved plan for installation and take down to be submitted in writing. This can be in the form of a contract or conveyed through email.
