Decor Installation Request

Approval is required for any request to attach floral arrangements or decor to the reception tent and/or chandeliers. Below are the steps and requirements needed to obtain this approval. Please note that no items may be attached to the tent without prior authorization.

  • Submit the request form, and our office will contact the company to review their experience and installation approach.

  • After the initial call, we’ll schedule an on-site tour to review the tent and discuss logistics, installation, and de-installation with the company.

  • The company must provide a copy of their business license and a certificate of insurance listing Rock Creek Gardens as an additional insured with a minimum of $1,000,000. These can be emailed or brought to the on-site visit.

  • Following the completion of the above steps, we require the approved plan for installation and take down to be submitted in writing. This can be in the form of a contract or conveyed through email.
